Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about sourcing woven fabric from Yongbo Textile.
About the Mill
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a vertically integrated mill — a manufacturer, not a trading company. We own our weaving and our dyeing-and-finishing base (Jiaxing Yongquan Dyeing Co., Ltd.), so the core production chain runs under our own roof and quality control. We welcome on-site factory audits.
What types of fabric do you produce?
We produce woven fabrics across five core categories: cotton, polyester, T/C (poly-cotton), nylon and T/R (poly-viscose), spanning more than 20 varieties — from cotton twill and sateen to performance stretch, workwear twill, ripstop, suiting and printed fabrics. You can browse the full range on our Products page.
Can we visit your factory or arrange an audit?
Yes. We welcome on-site visits and third-party audits. We have passed ZARA / Inditex A+ audit requirements and operate an ISO 17025 in-house lab. Contact us to arrange a visit to our weaving, dyeing and finishing facilities.
What is your production capacity?
Our total annual supply is around 200 million meters — roughly 120 million meters of owned capacity plus a vetted partner network for special finishes and oversized orders. We are equipped for both large bulk orders and consistent reorders.
Orders & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by fabric. Most woven fabrics start from 1,000–2,000 meters per color, while digital-printed fabric can start from as low as 500 meters. Exact MOQ is listed on each product page, and we're always open to discussing your specific program.
Can you produce custom specifications (weight, width, finish)?
Yes — customization is our core business. You can send us your own specifications or a reference sample, and we'll match the construction, weight, width and finish. Final specifications are confirmed per the approved sample.
Do you offer in-stock fabric for quick orders?
We hold stock on selected core staple shades for quicker delivery. Custom colors and specifications require sampling and a production run. Tell us what you need and we'll let you know what's available from stock.
Samples
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We provide swatch cards for a quick feel of our standard qualities, and custom sampling when you need a specific construction, color or finish developed to your spec.
How long does sampling take?
Swatch cards are sent out quickly. Custom sampling typically takes 7–14 days, depending on the construction, color matching and finish required.
Do you charge for samples?
Custom sampling is charged, but the sample cost is fully deductible against bulk orders over 10,000 meters. Standard A4-size swatches are free of charge; the buyer covers the courier/shipping cost.
Production & Lead Time
What is your typical lead time for bulk orders?
Standard bulk orders typically ship in 25–35 days. More complex constructions or finishes may take 35–45 days, depending on the fabric and quantity.
How do you control quality?
Our ISO 17025 lab tests color fastness, shrinkage and tensile strength to AATCC/ISO methods. Every bulk order is 100% inspected to a 4-point, zero-defect shipment standard. Because our dyeing and finishing run in-house, our recipes are stable and fully traceable.
Can you guarantee color consistency for reorders?
This is a key advantage of working with a real mill. Because we control our own dyeing with traceable recipes, reorder colors match closely batch after batch — something pure trading agents, who source from different mills, often cannot guarantee.
Certifications & Compliance
What certifications do you have?
Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX 100 certified. Depending on your program and market, we can also supply GRS (recycled), BCI (sustainable cotton) and other certified options. Tell us your market's requirements and we'll confirm what we can provide.
Can you meet specific compliance requirements (REACH, PFC-free, etc.)?
Yes. We offer PFC-free (fluorine-free) DWR finishes and process to meet tightening EU environmental requirements. Our Yongquan base has achieved Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) with a 40% water-recycling system. We work to your market's specific compliance needs.
Pricing, Payment & Shipping
How do you quote — FOB, CIF, etc.?
We typically quote FOB. For specific shipping arrangements (such as CIF), let us know and we'll quote accordingly.
What payment terms do you accept?
We work primarily on T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit before production, and the remaining 70% after bulk quality is confirmed and before shipment.
Which countries do you export to, and how do you ship?
We export worldwide, serving apparel, workwear and outdoor brands across global markets. Shipping is mainly by sea, with air freight available for urgent or smaller orders.
