Why this fabric

Cotton twill is the workhorse behind durable workwear, cargo pants and jackets — and we weave the full category, built to your program rather than to one fixed spec. Backed by 20+ years of cotton weaving, our twills pair a substantial, hard-wearing body with a soft, broken-in hand from the first wash, so garments feel good on day one and hold up shift after shift.

Construction is tuned to your end use: we run twill constructions from 2/1 to 3/1, with yarn counts from 16s to 40s, so weight and density can be set across 180–320 gsm — lighter for shirt-jackets, heavier for cargo and workwear. Every shade is dyed at our Yongquan green-dyeing base with traceable recipes, reaching grade 4–5 colorfastness (wash, rub and light), and Sanforizing keeps residual shrinkage under 3%. As a 100% cotton construction it breathes well and takes dye cleanly — worth comparing against a blend if stretch or wrinkle-recovery matter to your program.

It is OEKO-TEX 100 certified, with BCI and GRS cotton sourcing available for traceability-driven brands. We hold stock on core staple shades for quick orders, and custom constructions and shades start from a 50 m sample run — with bulk available from a low minimum order quantity that suits growing brands as well as large programs.
