Why this fabric
Built on Yongbo's 20+ years of cotton weaving, our cotton twill uses a tight 3/1 diagonal construction that balances durability with a soft, broken-in hand-feel. Yarn counts from 16s to 40s are available to tune weight and density to your garment. Dyed at our Yongquan green-dyeing base, colorfastness reaches grade 4-5 (wash/rub/light), and Sanforizing keeps residual shrinkage under 3%. OEKO-TEX 100 certified, with BCI and GRS cotton sourcing available for traceability-driven brands. Stock service on core staple shades; custom shade matching from a 50m sample run.
